The distance from Bath to London is about 100 miles (180 km) which usually takes between 1hr 40 mins and 2hrs.
Take the M4 motorway westwards out of London (signs to West and Wales). At Junction 18 turn off and turn left onto the A46 to Bath.
The A46 is essentially a straight 8 mile run into Bath through the rolling hills.
Follow the city centre signs around to the right when you reach the new bypass at the bottom of the A46, this takes you on to the London Road.
