The Evening Meal
& Sunday Lunch

The Evening Meal is served in the
Dining
Room, Monday to Saturday, at 6.30 pm.
Additional sittings at 6.00 and 7.00 pm may be arranged for
parties over 8 people.
On Sundays we serve a traditional Sunday
roast beef lunch at 1.00 and 1.30pm.
The tariff below included
coffee and mints served in the Dining Room or comfortable public
Lounge.
Please be aware that the restaurant is
unlicensed and does not accept corkage. We reserve the right to
cancel any meal subject to staffing. To avoid disappointment you
are advised to book in advance of arrival.
Our kitchen uses fresh organic ingredients,
and chooses local suppliers and Fair Trade products wherever
possible. |

Booking Information |

Grades
Standard, Plus,
and Superior are categories
which take into account both size and location of the Georgian
rooms. All rooms have en suite facilities (bath or shower/bath
& shower, plus toilet), and include as standard: central
heating, tea/coffee making facilities, hair dryer, direct dial
telephone (with modem port) and remote
controlled colour TV with radio and Sky channels.
Some of the Superior rooms have trouser presses and fridges where
space permits. |
VAT
VAT stands for Value Added Tax and is
currently set at 17.5%.
This is a tax on services levied by the UK government
which is included in all the above prices. Not all Hotels include
this tax in their tariffs so be careful when making comparisons.

Arrival and Departure Times
Rooms will be available from 2 pm onwards on the day of your
arrival, please inform us if you intend to arrive after 6 pm, as the
hotel closes its doors at 10 pm. Late arrivals will need the night
security code. Rooms should be vacated before 11.00 am on the day of
departure (10 am weekdays).

Deposits
& Cancellations
Bookings are to be confirmed with a deposit of £30.00 per person
which is forfeited by cancellation.
Cancellations must be made in writing allowing sufficient time for
us to re-let the room. Every effort will be made to ensure no
further charge other than the above deposit is incurred. If we are
unable to re-let any of the cancelled nights we reserve the right to
charge for loss of revenue. We urge all guests to consider holiday
insurance to protect themselves from financial loss. |
Fair Trade and Sustainable
Purchasing
The hotel chooses local suppliers of fresh
produce to reduce unnecessary environmental damage, and uses
Fairtrade
products wherever possible. |
